With this project I discovered the richness of Catalan culture and the commitment of the people who had shared their free time with the association.
I remember the more informal moments shared with the team at the coffe breaks and the values they share.
Some of the attendants at the workshops are already working. Some of them as entrepreneurs or being employed by local companies. For exemple, Nuria, who at the end of the Motivation workshop, asked me to talk because she needed to find how to focus her situation. After that, she ended up with a roadmap to make her business idea into a start-up.
Some of other workshop participants , mostly immigrants, were able to move everyone (including organizers) when they shared their personal values. Some of them and others at other workshops are already working.

We have been mentoring Ubiqme, which is an interesting technology platform that facilitates business people access to hotel and leisure services with the pay-per-use System.
